Wine + Dine Workshop: Fresh Bread + Dipping Sauce [Featuring McManis Family Vineyards]

Join us at Gather in Modesto for our upcoming Fresh Bread & Dipping Sauces – Wine and Dine Workshop featuring McManis Family Vineyards.

There’s nothing quite like the aroma of fresh bread baking in your oven. But who has time to bake fresh? (you may think you don’t, but you do!) Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh baguettes from scratch as well as classic dips and sauces featuring Fiscalini Cheese and Sciabica Olive Oils.

Kelly and Candace Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected wines, provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics and the art of wine tasting like a pro.

This fun and safe (socially distanced) culinary experience is one you don’t want to miss!


What To Expect:

Great food and wine is about more than recipes—it’s about techniques. Together with other students, you’ll:

• Bake Fresh Baguettes

• Understand Elements of a Classic Dips and Sauces

• Gain a Greater Understanding of Wine
