Join us for our upcoming Butternut Squash Lasagna – Wine and Dine Workshop!
Everybody loves an authentic lasagna made from scratch, but who has the time to make it? You do, and it’s easier than you think! You’ll enjoy fresh baguettes, salad, and charcuterie while Rose Miano and the Cucina Pazza team demonstrate how to make an autumn-inspired lasagna, with fresh pasta, homemade sauce, and garden-fresh ingredients. She might even divulge some of her coveted family cooking secrets 🙂
Guests will enjoy fresh-baked lasagna during the workshop and take a personal size home to bake.
Kelly and Candace Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected wines, provide education on the wine and winemaker, and discuss pairing basics, etiquette, and the art of wine tasting like a pro.
