Wine + Dine Workshop: Lemon Shrimp Pasta [Featuring Pressley Vineyards]

$85Join us for our upcoming Wine + Dine Workshop on March 5th at Gather in Modesto.
Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh and homemade lemon pasta and shrimp with garden-fresh ingredients. Kelly & Candace Mantel of Pour People alongside Brittany Hamilton (winemaker) will serve a flight of specially selected wines from Pressley Vineyards, provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics and the art of wine tasting like a pro.
The experience will begin with a flight of wine and charcuterie, then be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and homemade baguettes. We’ll conclude together as we dine on our amazing creations.
What to expect:
Pairing great food and wine is about more than recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional instructors.
